ERM Day 2026, organized by the Finnish Risk Management Association (FINNRIMA), brings together Risk Management professionals for a full day of discussion on the theme “ERM Meets Resilience”. The program explores how organizations can strengthen resilience in an increasingly uncertain operating environment. The sessions will cover digital sovereignty, the role of boards in resilience, national security of supply, human resilience and performance, and resilience from a CRO perspective.

Aura Salla Member of the European Parliament KEYNOTE 1 – Digital sovereignty & Resilience – Europe’s digital future: sovereignty, security and resilience Aura Salla has worked in the Finnish Parliament, at Meta’s Brussels office and in the European Commission. She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Turku and currently serves as Rapporteur for the Digital Omnibus and the Defense Readiness Omnibus.
Ulrich Adamheit Ulrich Adamheit, Vice President of FERMA and Chair of the FERMA ERM Committee KEYNOTE 2 – Turning risk into organizational value Ulrich Adamheit has more than 22 years of experience across consumer goods and energy. His work spans enterprise risk management, insurance and claims, loss prevention, security, strategy and sustainability. He has also advanced ERM through FERMA and SWERMA and has co-authored articles on geopolitical, climate and sustainability risks.
Laurent Nihoul CEO, FERMA Greetings from FERMA Laurent Nihoul is the CEO of FERMA, the Federation of European Risk Management Associations. He has nearly 30 years of experience in risk and insurance and previously served as Group Head of Insurance at ArcelorMittal for 12 years. A recognised thought leader in captive insurance, he chaired FERMA’s Captive Committee for nine years.
Hanna Kivelä Managing Director, Fujitsu Finland and Estonia KEYNOTE 3 – Board & Resilience – From Risk Oversight to Resilience: The Board’s Role in an Era of Continuous Disruption Hanna Kivelä is part of Fujitsu’s Continental European leadership team. Her earlier roles include management positions at Google and digital transformation leadership in the media sector. She also holds several board and advisory roles and promotes the resilience and renewal of Finnish business and society.
Heli Tammivuori Director, Network Cooperation Unit, National Emergency Supply Agency (NESA) KEYNOTE 4 – Security of supply & resilience – Crisis-Resilient Society Through Cross-Sector Collaboration Heli Tammivuori leads and coordinates NESA’s public-private network cooperation and services related to protecting critical infrastructure. She has extensive experience in strategic network leadership, communications and stakeholder engagement at both national and EU level, including previous work in the food sector.
Harri Gustafsberg Ph.D., MSc (Security Management) KEYNOTE 5 – Human Resilience & Performance – How Organizations Sustain Capability Under Pressure Harri Gustafsberg is an expert in human performance under pressure, resilience, decision-making and leadership in high-stakes environments. He served for more than two decades in the Finnish National Police Special Intervention Unit, including ten years as an instructor and operational commander.
Michael Rasmussen GRC Analyst – GRC 20/20 Research KEYNOTE 6 – Risk Management & Resilience – Risk Is Our Business: Charting Your Course in Modern Risk Management Michael Rasmussen is an internationally recognized authority on governance, risk management and compliance. With more than 30 years of experience, he is known for developing the concept of GRC while at Forrester Research in 2002. He advises boards and executives and is a keynote speaker, author and podcast host.
Olena Boichenko Head of Consulting, Partner, Deloitte Ukraine *KEYNOTE 7 – Crisis management & resilience –* Business resilience in Ukraine: Challenges and lessons learned Olena Boichenko has more than 21 years of experience in organizational transformation, human capital, and workforce management. She advises public- and private-sector organizations on recovery, reconstruction, governance, and operational improvement, bringing a practical perspective on sustaining people, capabilities, and decision-making through profound disruption.
