“Europe’s digital future: sovereignty, security and resilience”

BIO – Aura Salla is a Member of the European Parliament. Prior to this, she was a Member of the Finnish Parliament, where she actively engaged in international and EU affairs. Before entering the Finnish Parliament, Aura held the role of Managing Public Policy Director and Head of EU Affairs at Meta’s Brussels office. She also has extensive experience in the European Commission, where she worked as a Foreign Policy and Communications Adviser in the European Political Strategy Centre (EPSC) and as a Member of Cabinet for Vice President Jyrki Katainen.

Aura holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Turku, focusing on the politicization of the European Commission during the euro crisis, and has lectured at Harvard University on European economics. She currently serves as Rapporteur for the Digital Omnibus and the Defence Readiness Omnibus.

BIO – Ulrich has more than 22 years of experience in the consumer goods and energy industries. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in enterprise risk management, insurance and claims management, loss prevention, security, strategy, and strategic sustainability management—each representing key milestones in his professional journey. He is currently Head of Risk Management at AB Electrolux.

In addition, he is Vice President of FERMA and Chair of the FERMA ERM Committee. Enterprise Risk Management is a particular passion of his: for several years, Ulrich has been actively engaged in advancing ERM as a Board member of SWERMA, the Swedish Risk Management Association. He has also long contributed to organizing the annual Swedish ERM Day in Gothenburg.

Ulrich has (co-) authored articles on topics including geopolitical risk management, climate risk, and sustainability.

Hanna Kivelä

Managing Director, Fujitsu Finland and Estonia

“From Risk Oversight to Resilience: The Board’s Role in an Era of Continuous Disruption”

BIO – Hanna Kivelä is the Managing Director of Fujitsu in Finland and a member of Fujitsu’s Continental European leadership team. Prior to her current role, Hanna held various management positions at Google, both in Ireland, at Google EMEA headquarters, and in Finland. Earlier in her career, Hanna worked at an e-commerce start-up as well as in the media sector, leading digital transformation at Talentum and Alma Media.

Over the years, Hanna has worked in numerous different companies in board and advisory roles and as a private investor. She is currently the vice-chair of Lindström Group’s board of directors and a member of Alma Media Plc board of directors.

Over the years, Hanna has worked in board and advisory roles and as a private investor in numerous companies. She promotes the growth, transformation and resilience of Finnish society as a vice-chair of Technology Industries of Finland, board member at Confederation of Finnish Industries, chair of Excellence Finland, and a member of the council for National Emergency Support Agency.

In 2023, she was awarded with the first ever Finnish Power Woman in Tech award by Microsoft.

Hanna has two Master’s diplomas, one in Industrial Management and Engineering (2000, Tampere University of Technology) and an MBA (2010, Henley Business School, UK). In 2023 she joined the National Defence Leadership course.

Heli Tammivuori

Director, Network Cooperation Unit, National Emergency Supply Agency (NESA)

BIO – Ms. Tammivuori has a solid work history in the strategic leadership of network cooperation and communications at both the national and EU level. Her unit leads and coordinates the public-private collaboration of the National Emergency Supply Agency (NESA), as well as the service development related to the protection of critical infrastructure. Before joining NESA, she gained experience at the food sector, latest leading the industrial policy advocacy, including strategic representation and stakeholder engagement.

Harri Gustafsberg

BIO – Harri Gustafsberg is a leading expert on human performance under pressure, resilience, decision-making, and leadership in high-stakes environments.

His journey began in the Finnish National Police Special Intervention Unit (BEAR Unit), where he served for more than two decades, including ten years as an instructor and operational commander.
