Jorma Eloranta Board Professional Jorma has a background of 28 years as a President and CEO in various companies, including Finvest plc, Patria Industries plc, Kvaerner Masa-Yards plc and Metso plc. Additionally, he has been the Chair of the Boards of Directors of several companies since 1978, a total of 46 years. He has developed board work in an important manner and was elected Chair of the year 2016 in Finland.
Charlotte Hedemark President of FERMA Risk Management Expert at SAP Nordics Ms. Hedemark has a MSc in Business Administration and started her career in Brussels working for European industry associations for 12 years. She has been a Board Member of FERMA since 2017 and is RIMAP®, PMI-RMP® & RIMS-CRMP® certified. She has worked in Field Risk Management at SAP for more than 16 years and holds presently the role as Risk Management Expert in Global Risk & Assurance Services at SAP in the Field Risk Management team.
Netta Nyholm Global TRPM Leader at EY Netta is a Partner at EY Risk Consulting, specializing in Integrated Risk Management and 3rd Party Risk Management. Based in Cologne, Germany, she has 20+ years of experience in risk consultancy across various sectors. Her career includes Global Solution Leadership and EMEIA RISK Regional Leadership roles across 97 countries. Currently, she focuses on Europe West TPRM Solution Leadership and serves as Lead Partner for EY’s international clients. Netta has significant experience in risk transformation processes and third-party risk management. Netta’s commitment to societal improvement is evident in her work. She advises clients on sustainability transformations, CSDDD regulatory implications, and GenAI-powered third-party compliance monitoring. Born in Finland, she studied in Sweden and Japan before moving to Germany, bringing a global perspective to her work.
Heikki Keskiväli Vice President, Strategy at Fortum Heikki is a passionate energy expert (MSc in Energy Engineering) who wakes up every morning for work to create stakeholder value and reduce emissions. In his 12 years of energy industry experience at Fortum, he has developed and grown the renewables business in India and the renewables strategy in the Nordics. He has also served as CEO Advisor and led strategy in the Finnish district heating business, when he also served on the Board of Directors of Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto (TSE) Oy. Since June 2023, Heikki has been acting as VP Corporate Strategy for Fortum.
Tiia Mukkala Director, Enterprise Risk Management and Insurances at Fortum Tiia (MSc in Energy Technology ) is a risk management professional with 16 years of energy industry experience and presently holds the role of Director of Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance in Fortum. Tiia serves as Vice-chair of the Finnish Risk Management Association (FINNRIMA) and represents Finland in the ERM Committee established by FERMA.
Antti Rask Risk Management Director at METSO He has more than 15 years of experience in Risk Management in various companies. He is specialized in ERM and Project Risk Management but has gained vast experience also in many other Risk Management areas and in internal audit. Currently, his top priority is to develop ERM at Metso.
Markku Pehkonen Chief Risk Officer at OP Financial Group Markku has 38 years of experience in the finance sector. Before joining OP Financial in 2018, he worked for nine years as the CRO of Sampo Group. Before that, he was responsible, for instance, for Sales and operational Balance Sheet Management in his earlier positions at Danske Bank and Sampo Bank. Mr. Pehkonen has deep experience in using different risk analysis methods for risks of financial sector companies.
Riikka Uimonen Investment Director & Co-founder, Fusion Ecosystem Riikka Uimonen is the Investment Director and Co-founder of Fusion Ecosystem, where she leads co-founding initiatives and serves on the boards of various Fusion companies. With a PhD from Tampere University in business agility and strategic risk management in uncertainty. Riikka brings extensive expertise in navigating and mitigating strategic risks in volatile environments. Her background in management consulting at Accenture further underscores her ability to integrate business and technology for transformative outcomes.
